In addition to teaching children of all skill levels how to play hockey, Snider Hockey seeks to instill life-enhancing values in our students such as:

  • TeamworkLifeSkillsBorder
  • Positive self-esteem
  • The importance of hard work
  • Respect for themselves as well as their teammates

To accomplish this, Snider Hockey has created a renowned off-ice Life Skills Curriculum which we proudly offer to our students.

This curriculum is a template for personal character development which we present as a packet full of behavioral guidelines. Life-Skills focuses on positive teambuilding, appreciating diversity, handling peer pressure, committing to a healthy lifestyle, identifying personal goals, organizing for success and overcoming challenges.
